General duties:

Within the Real Estate Consulting division, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out Technical Due Diligences, audits prior to asset acquisitions/sales, technical risk analyses and leasehold advice,
• Coordinating and managing teams of specialists in various construction sectors,
• Strengthening existing client relationships and developing business opportunities with them.

Interventions on all types of commercial real estate in France (travel required)

Skills required:

You have a technical background in building or architectural engineering with at least 5 years experience in a similar position in a project management company (BET, control office), a general contractor or in a real estate consultancy company.

Good knowledge in the following areas:
• Construction or restructuring process of commercial buildings,
• Technical trades,
• Construction law,
• Building compliance,
• Maintenance/maintenance plans,
• Sustainable development issues.

Autonomy, rigour, organisation. Responsiveness, availability, sense of priorities and customer service. Writing skills, excellent analytical skills and ability to summarise. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Business English.

General duties:

Within the Real Estate Consulting division, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the development and updating of a database of prices and ratios for different types of works,
• Develop and harmonise procedures and practices relating to the estimation of construction costs,
• To provide support to the Consulting, Audit and Project Management teams in the analysis of files and the evaluation of the feasibility of projects,
• Estimating the overall maintenance and operating costs of the projects entrusted to us,
• Estimating the overall maintenance and operating costs of the projects entrusted to it, and estimating the scenarios, budgets and schedules,
• Participating in the control of budgets and costing the various phases of the studies,
• Provide support during negotiations for the award of contracts,
• Determining multi-year work plans and reconstruction costs,
• Ensuring technical monitoring, drafting information notes, analysis and summary memos,
• Strengthen existing client relationships and develop business opportunities with them.

Work on all types of commercial property in France (travel required)

Skills required:

You must have a strong technical background and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.

Good technical, architectural and economic knowledge in measuring methods, reading plans, estimating costs related to manufacturing and construction.

Good understanding of the different types of contracts, regulations, safety standards and certifications in force.

Rigour, organisation, method, precision and autonomy.

Good interpersonal skills in order to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

General duties:
Working closely with the administrative and rent/service charge managers for the buildings managed on behalf of clients as part of its Property Management instructions, among other things the Accounting Manager will have responsibility for:

Duties:
• Inputting, verifying and settling supplier invoices
• Issuing invoices for rent, charges, taxes and duties
• Managing receipts and issuing reminders for unpaid rent where applicable
• Handling bank reconciliations
• Analysing and checking accounts
• Processing additional rental charges
• Establishing and tracking calls for funds and payments to owners
• Preparing information for financial reporting to clients
• Dealing with co-ownership property finances
• Accounting year end operations

He/she will be regular contact with the tenants, the principals (investors and users), and the suppliers, and will liaise with colleagues at Workman in the UK.

Skills required: Trained in accountancy/management, you should have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

General duties:
Working closely with the administrative and rent/service charge managers for the buildings managed on behalf of clients as part of its Property Management Instructions, among other things the Real Estate Manager will have responsibility for:

Duties:
• Managing a portfolio of real estate assets (offices, shops, warehouses, etc.)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and good tenant relations
• Drafting leases and rental receipts
• Receiving rent payments
• Tracking outstanding sums and issuing reminders to tenants
• Organising the arrival and departure of tenants
• Establishing regular monthly and quarterly reporting
• Regularly monitoring budgets
• Coding and settling supplier invoices

  • Tracking multi-risk and structural damage claims
    • Reissuing charges
    • Maintaining a close relationship with chartered accountants, lawyers and notaries
    • Participating in and/or organising general meetings of co-owners

He/she will be regular contact with the tenants, the different departments of Workman in the United Kingdom, the principals (investors and users), and the suppliers, and will liaise with colleagues at Workman in the UK and the maintenance companies.

Skills required: Trained in real estate, legal matters and management/administration, in possession of a baccalaureate and 4-5 years’ higher education, with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Business English.

Location: Île-de-France region

General duties:
Working closely with the administrative and rent/service charge managers for the buildings managed on behalf of clients as part of its property management instructions, among other things the Technical Manager will have responsibility for:

Duties:
• Organising the maintenance and repair of buildings in compliance with the related regulations, particularly with regard to health and safety
• Following up the tenants’ requests and comments  concerning the technical aspects of the buildings
• Participating in or organising meetings with tenants
• Producing annual or multi-year budgets for operating charges and major building work
• Drafting technical reports for clients
• Monitoring technology and regulatory activities to anticipate future requirements and obligations concerning the buildings and informing the managers and clients  of such requirements
• Establishing and monitoring the management of suppliers, invoicing, contracts and reminders (in writing or by telephone) in addition to administrative and contractual documents

He/she will be regular contact with the tenants, the different departments of Workman in the United Kingdom, the principals (investors and users), and the suppliers, and will liaise with colleagues at Workman in the UK and the maintenance companies

Skills required: Trained in real estate, technology or engineering, in possession of a baccalaureate and 4+ years’ higher education, with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Business English.
