New logistics appointments for Workman Turnbull

Workman Turnbull lands two major French logistics mandates totalling 604.500 sqm.


Workman Turnbull has secured the property management mandate for two significant French logistics portfolios: 15 warehouses for a fund managed by M7 Real Estate and nine big box logistic assets owned by P3 Logistic Parks.

The 336,000 sqm warehouse portfolio for M7 is spread across assets in Lille, Paris, Orleans, Rennes, Lyon, and Saint Quentin Fallaviers with a passing rent of over €8 million.

P3’s 260,000 sqm logistics portfolio comprises assets spread across France in clusters, with assets near Paris, Lille in the north east, and Montpellier in the south.

These appointments build on Workman Turnbull’s recent success in the French market where the company achieved 13% turnover growth in 2018.

Workman Turnbull has operated in France for twenty years and now manages 180 properties, collecting €130 million in rent per year for its clients, which include multi-national institutional investors across all real estate sectors.
